Abstract:
Abstract The Institute for Cross Cultural Management (ICCM) is a full-service consulting firm staffed by master’s and doctoral level graduate students who design, develop, and implement all deliverables to clients. This chapter discusses how students learn by doing within a carefully designed setting that promotes experiential learning and individual development. Best practices for similar organizations are shared and discussed.
