Chapter 76 in The Palgrave Handbook of Organizational Change Thinkers, 2021, pp 1325-1340 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Tony Petrella was a pioneer in the field of organization development and change. He was an original and contributed greatly to the field through his valuable practice with many well-known companies, his role in creating and leading the OD Network, and his teaching in later years to pass his wisdom to the next generation. Tony’s story is highlighted by his character, and three features of his effective interventions selected for discussion. Emphasis is placed on practice disciplines believed to underlie these features. Some of Tony’s contributions have been published, but in this chapter, more is offered.
