Chapter 32 in The Palgrave Handbook of Organizational Change Thinkers, 2021, pp 527-540 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Daniel R. Denison’s career sets a high bar for the impact a scholar-practitioner can have through his or her work. As a teacher, scholar, and consultant on the topics of organizational culture and leadership, his contributions have shaped our current understanding and practices for how to measure corporate culture and “bring it to the bottom line” of business performance. His work has gone a long way to push the study of organizational cultures beyond the ivory towers and equip business leaders with the tools and insights needed to make a real difference in the organizations they lead.
