Chapter 17 in Leading Organizational Development and Change, 2020, pp 373-398 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter discusses the continuous change interventions that focus on the ongoing process of change within organizations. Three types of continuous change interventions are described and evaluated, that is, self-designing organizations, learning organizations, and built-to-change organizations. Further, an evaluation of the relevance and importance of continuous change to the field and practice of OD is presented. Finally, the challenges that emerge in the continuous change process are assessed.
