Abstract:
Abstract What we will cover in this chapter: Leach provides a compelling introduction to where the FMCG industry is now, what has changed, and what challenges this has brought to suppliers and retailers. He headlines how the current ways of collaborating are no longer ‘fit for purpose’ in this new market environment, and what needs to change. He outlines his original research of four case studies and discusses how the insights drawn from those cases will be used as a foundation to propose a new model of collaboration for the industry.
