Abstract This chapter summarises the knowledge presented in the book about the implications of the findings and future challenges in food safety management. The book presents critical insights into key roles and impacts of the identified critical success factorscritical success factors (CSF) and informs good practice for successful implementation of FSMSFood safety management system (FSMS) towards safer food supply chains. Challenges and future research needs are presented for both academics and practitioners.
