Chapter 11 in The Strategy Planning Process, 2022, pp 101-107 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter shows how the results of the previous analyses are synthesized and from that, the strategic challenges of the company on the corporate level are derived. After an introduction, the SWOT matrix and the TOWS matrix are explained and assessed in Sects. 11.2 and 11.3. An inset illustrates the application of the TOWS matrix in practice by an example of a wine trading company. Section 11.4 proposes a process for deriving strategic challenges at the corporate level.
