Abstract: Abstract Based on the corporate strategy option that was assessed as best in Chap. 12 and the strategic objectives for that option that were defined in Chap. 13 , Chap. 14 is devoted to clarifying the remaining content-related questions and formulating the corporate strategy. Section 14.2 explains the content of a good corporate strategy and proposes a structure of it. Based on this, a process for formulating the corporate strategy is recommended in Sect. 14.3.
