Abstract:
Abstract The implementation of the corporate strategy is mainly based on project plans. Their development is the subject of Chap. 15 . After introductory remarks, different types of implementation projects are distinguished. Then Sect. 15.3 presents a process for developing project plans for the implementation of the corporate strategy and proposes a possible structure of a project plan.
