Abstract:
Abstract This chapter shows how a synthesis of the analysis results at the business level can be made and how strategic challenges can be derived from it. The TOWS matrix, which is used for this purpose, is presented in detail in Chap. 11 . It is shortly recapitulated in Sect. 21.1. In Sect. 21.2, a process for the identification of strategic challenges at the business level is proposed. It is illustrated by an example of an electricity company.
