Abstract: Abstract Based on the business strategy option that was assessed as best in Chap. 22 and the strategic objectives for it defined in Chap. 23 , This chapter is devoted to clarifying the remaining content-related questions and formulating the business strategy. Section 24.2 explains the content of a good business strategy and proposes a structure of it. Based on this, a systematic process for formulating the business strategy is proposed in Sect. 24.3.
