Chapter 27 in The Strategy Planning Process, 2022, pp 241-244 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Along the strategy planning process, different strategic guidelines were developed. These are usually recorded in strategic documents as outlined in Chap. 4 . To review all these guidelines and to ensure coherence, this chapter is devoted to a final assessment of them. In Sect. 27.1, the need for a final overall assessment is briefly justified. Then, Sect. 27.2 proposes a detailed and systematic process for the overall assessment of the strategic guidelines. It includes a summarily assessment of the guidelines, a potential revision of some of the documents, and the final approval of strategic documents.
