Abstract:
Abstract This chapter recapitulates the strategy planning process that is recommended in this book. It is explained that a well-designed strategy planning process, as outlined in this book, is a necessary but not a sufficient condition for developing and implementing a good strategy. Other aspects are briefly described as further conditions for success.
