Abstract: Abstract In this new chapter for the 2nd Edition, we reveal how we’ve evolved how we use the MAPS model over the seven years since the book was first published. And we focus in particular on two issues: how we have used the MAPS approach to help organizations change their culture; and how we have used the MAPS approach to help drive not development, but the highest levels of individual and team performance.
