Chapter 14 in Changing Employee Behavior, 2023, pp 231-244 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract One of the things we love about writing books is that we get to present the findings to you—the managers and leaders of organizations. And the thing we love most about doing this is the questions you ask us and the conversations we get into with you. Because when that happens—when you say, “what about this” or “what about that”—it helps push the boundaries of what we know and understand about behavior change forward. So, to finish up, we wanted to give back to you some of the nudges you have kindly given us, in the form of our answers to some of the questions we are most frequently asked about changing employee behavior.
