Chapter 8 in Changing Employee Behavior, 2023, pp 135-157 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The external environment in which people are trying to change behavior can include many things, all of which can impact their ability to change. Rather than going through each and every possible factor, in Chaps. 9 , 10 , and 11 we are going to look at three approaches to creating a supportive environment for change. And the first of these is the structure created by the science of how to build, break and change habits.
