Abstract: Abstract Servant leadership is a dynamic and feasible process that has been recognized to be effective and conducive by scholars and exercised by rulers and noble personalities of the world in their functioning through the ages. It is the extreme/extension of all leadership styles, which convey characteristics like selflessness, sacrifice, and humility of a humble person. This chapter analyzes the inner qualities of a servant leader, which are essential for his sincere approach and the tangible practice of leadership, and manifest the quintessence of his character. While it is the most dutiful approach that embraces the spirit of serving and highlights the strength of philanthropy, self-efficacy, modesty, and devoutness, and propels a leader to self-welfare, including the well-being of others, this leadership methodology indicates a sense of responsibility of the leader and adherence to ethics and principles and has prioritized selflessness from a spiritual and humanitarian perspective. This study presents the eminence of women, who are naturally and intrinsically empowered as servant leaders due to their feministic attributes of compassion and sense of sacrifice, and it also identifies the significance of folk wisdom to comprehend this leadership style. It explicates the significance of conscientiousness, humility, and dignity of the leader through selfless service and exhibits servant leadership as an exemplary persuasive criterion for employees to develop a human perspective toward others.
