Abstract: Abstract As you plan your change effort, you will need to identify all of the human, capital, and other resources that will be required to successfully complete the change effort. You must also evaluate which of the resources required for success you already control and have available to allocate to this change effort, which resources you will need to acquire, and who controls the resources or has access to the resources you will need to make your change effort a success. At the same time, you must evaluate the overall change saturation of both key individuals and the organization to determine a key component of the change readiness of the organization.
