Planning Change
Braden Kelley
Chapter Chapter 3 in Charting Change, 2023, pp 23-46 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Every bold action requires a plan if there is to be any hope of successfully achieving the intended outcomes. Planning helps people organize their thoughts and highlights the stakeholders and activities required to achieve a set of desired goals. Good planning shines a light on what might otherwise remain hidden. Planning aids in the refinement of objectives and the identification of integration points with other efforts underway in the organization.
