Chapter Chapter 2 in Nonprofit Digital Transformation Demystified, 2024, pp 15-50 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Digital transformation has become one of the most pivotal aspects of organizational transformation toward higher efficiency and effective performance (Khan et al. 2021). Digitalization’s disruptive nature entails enormous opportunities and challenges for organizations (Almeida et al. 2020), which makes the organizational transformation highly uncertain, volatile, convoluted (Urbach and Röglinger 2018), and hard to envision accurately.
