Chapter Chapter 5 in Nonprofit Digital Transformation Demystified, 2024, pp 81-98 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Numerous studies (BCG 2022; Deloitte 2018; Khamseh et al. 2021; Kafel et al. 2021; Nonprofit trends report third edition 2020; Sternkopf and Mueller 2018) have sought to identify the crucial elements for successful DT in NPOs. However, empirical validation of these findings is still scant at best and needs to be improved. This book’s core study, the NDMM, briefly illustrated in this chapter, attempts to fill this gap by integrating theoretical findings with insights from a real-world case study. This practical approach verifies and ranks key DT parameters, providing readers with a nuanced and reliable roadmap for their digital journey.
