Chapter Chapter 7 in Nonprofit Digital Transformation Demystified, 2024, pp 113-123 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter introduces a fundamental instrument, the Digital Maturity Model (DMM), a powerful conceptual model as a metric to assess an organization’s digital readiness and capacities in the digital sphere. However, the DMM offers much more than just an evaluative role – it serves as a compass to guide an organization in developing its digital capabilities and managing expectations, providing a strategic path toward the required digital maturity.
