Chapter Chapter 8 in Nonprofit Digital Transformation Demystified, 2024, pp 125-151 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter presents a detailed analysis of the underpinning elements and inner working aspects of the Nonprofit Digital Maturity Model (NDMM), which is a blueprint for executing strategic Digital Transformation (DT) in nonprofit organizations (NPOs). Building on the foundational knowledge established in the previous chapters, the primary focus of this chapter is the intricacies of the inner workings of NDMM. In considering this tailored model for NPOs, it is vital to recognize some fundamental aspects of Maturity Models (MM) as they apply to NPOs.
