Abstract: Abstract The Middle East and Africa are plagued with problems regarding inconsistent infrastructure and poor transportation. The biggest benefit for the countries is that their oil-rich sources boost their economies. Countries such as Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Lebanon have had immense improvements made to enhance their telecommunication systems and modernize the current framework.
