Abstract:
Abstract Companies usually understand that they need to research to get a deeper insight into the problem at hand. But where should you start? Researchers use secondary data as a starting point to get a deeper look into the problem itself. Secondary data denotes readily available data that was collected for a different purpose other than solving the present problem. Other than being the most economical and easiest means of access to information, secondary data provides great direction to researchers, which is why it is recommended to conduct some secondary researchsecondary research before commissioning a primary researchprimary research study.
