Abstract:
Abstract This chapter describes the leader with a coaching mindset who leads with a transformational style. This leader has a good amount of empathy for their subordinates which they use to coach them. Managerial coaches are also high in emotional intelligence. Subordinates of coaches using transformational leadership experience increased engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
