Abstract:
Abstract This chapter explores the intersection of real-time de-identification, trust, creativity, and innovation in virtual groups. It provides an in-depth analysis of good practices, methods, and tools for using real-time de-identification to increase creativity and innovation in organizations. The chapter highlights the importance of de-identification in protecting individual privacy, examines the role of psychological safety in fostering trust, and explores the unique dynamics of virtual teams. The findings are based on a comprehensive review of research.
