Objective 2: To discuss the role psychology plays in retail businesses in setting consumer prices and to illustrate the different tactics retailers use to secure their customer base. Objective 3: To examine the competition between large retail chains and private labels’ role in that competition. Objective 4: Review online retail development and examine online retailers' pricing policies.
