Chapter Chapter 15 in Pricing for Strategic Managers, 2025, pp 305-326 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract This chapter examines which AI-based methods are likely to become widespread globally and how intelligent pricing will change the customer experience in B2C sales. First, we will explore how current AI technologies can support pricing. Then, we will present pricing models and systems where AI can be applied. Finally, we will demonstrate through examples how AI can completely transform the way people think about the price of goods.
