Chapter Chapter 9 in Understanding Speed in Organizational Change, 2026, pp 139-154 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In this chapter, we will illustrate a process of change using temporality, added with an argument of the direction of change. Change is generally perceived as moving forward, regardless of speed, and we argue that this is only an aspect of framing, and by viewing change through crystalline time, our understanding of change grows.
