Abstract:
Abstract The effect of leadershipLeadership on job satisfactionJob satisfaction was examined in this meta-analysis study. A total of 602 research studies were collected during the literature review, out of which 318 were included in the meta-analysis. The 318 research studies were compiled to obtain a sample size of 148,501 subjects. The results of the random effect modelRandom effect model showed that leadershipLeadership has a medium-level positive effect on job satisfactionJob satisfaction . The moderators identified for the study were leadershipLeadership styleLeadership style /approach, sample groupSample group /sector, publicationPublication type and year of publicationPublication , of which leadershipLeadership styleLeadership style /approach and sample groupSample group /sector were found to be moderator variables.
