Abstract: Abstract Kim Cameron, is a professor at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. During his career, he has generated several influential contributions that have shaped the field of organizational change. He has been a prolific researcher and writer, authoring 13 books and over 120 articles. Through his research, he has made deep contributions to a broad range of topics including organizational effectiveness, organizational decline and downsizing, organizational culture and the competing values framework, organizational paradox, organizational virtuousness, and positive organizational scholarship.
