A chapter in Corporate Performance Management, 2006, pp 203-218 from Springer
Abstract:
Summary The Unterweser Nuclear power station (KKU), owned by E.ON Kernkraft GmbH decided at an early stage to establish an end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS). The PMS was realized as an end-to-end control system and set up on the basis of a clear strategic focus derived from E.ON Kernkraft GmbH target specifications. The IDS Scheer Corporate Performance solution, which was added to the deployed SAP BW Business Intelligence solution to include process-oriented analysis functions, achieved the goal of anchoring and implementing process management in the company.
