Chapter 1 in Human Resource Management in Consulting Firms, 2006, pp 3-24 from Springer
Abstract:
1.7 Conclusion In conclusion, it is important to mention that the HR systems and tools in consulting firms are tending to shift towards those in traditional industries (Graubner and Richter 2003). Nevertheless, we believe that the specifics of consulting services are quite distinctive and thus HRM in such companies will keep its unique features.
