11.8 Conclusion The purpose of this chapter has been to describe what makes Lee Hecht Harrison one of the leaders in its field. By building its corporate capability on its methodology, its focus on quality and its culture as a learning organization, it continues not only to deliver programs and services in line with customer needs, but it also maintains a committed, creative and dynamic team.
