A chapter in Services Science, 2008, pp 155-162 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Innovations have always been considered key to the growth and success of an enterprise.1 Today, faced with technological progress, changing customer behavior and tightening competition on the international market, innovation has developed into one of the keys to entrepreneurial survival. These findings apply not only to the field of material goods; they are just as important for service innovations.
