Abstract: Abstract Change is a constant factor in all areas of life — and business is no exception. Proven tools and recognised methods help executives guide their companies through the turbulent tides of change. But the right navigation methods alone are not enough to ensure the success of change processes. Each company or organisation is a vital organism with a heart, soul and identity all of its own. It can be shaped and modified, but cannot be bent without causing damage. At its most effective, change management draws life from the authentic values at the core of the company and its leadership.
