Abstract: Abstract More than ever, companies and organisations are subject to a growing pressure to change in order to be able to operate successfully in the long term. As the demands on companies’ ability to change has grown, a range of methods and instruments has been developed to support and assist them in their handling of change processes, i.e. in change management.
