Abstract: Abstract The core method of the book (the Cognition-Systems Method) is outlined in Chap. 10 . The method can be used by any leader at any organisational level to achieve rapid and sustainable improvement and ultimately high performance from their workplace. The chapter commences with and outline of how the method is based on Emergent Goal Achievement (EGA) and the Cognition-Systems Model of Organisation Performance (CSMP). The details of each steps of the process with prompt questions are then explained. The final sections presents pointers for using the method effectively.
