Abstract:
Abstract The identification of the core processes of a company is followed by the survey and analysis of the current situation. The determination of the current situation is the basis for identifying weaknesses and for localizing potential improvements. For example, weaknesses, such as organizational inconsistencies or insufficient IT usage, can be detected.
