Abstract: Abstract After the installation of a new organization has been concluded, the organization must be continuously controlled and adapted to changing environmental conditions. Processes, tasks, ultimate units of responsibility, resources, and goals for the operation of the introduced processes (the “life”) are framed by continuous process management.
