Learning in Real Life

Lauge Baungaard Rasmussen

A chapter in Enabling Innovation, 2011, pp 117-120 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The topic Designing Work Systems for Learning in Real Life is essential for European countries including the Danish industry and service sector. A multitude of social research and development projects on this issue have been conducted in Denmark since 1970’s. The topic, however, is still relevant to focus on, partly due to the rising complexity of organizational structures and partly because several obstacles to learning in real work systems still seem to play an obstructive role.
