Innovations Require Conducive Institutions
Peter Brödner
A chapter in Enabling Innovation, 2011, pp 179-182 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract These days, work organization is usually regarded as a private matter for the individual company. In actual fact, productivity and innovative capability, as key corporate performance indicators, can be heavily influenced by work organization. Thus designing how work is organized appears to be a determinant element and expression of success in corporate activity.
