Abstract: Abstract The following guideline functions as a preparation for the actual implementation process. Since the TO-BE supply chain and the AS-IS supply chain have been analyzed, the gap analysis has been conducted and the supply chain gap analysis and identification of courses of actions has been determined, it is now necessary to take the preparatory steps to implement the supply chain differentiation process into the company.
