Chapter 5 in Business Process Blueprinting, 2014, pp 115-157 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract After the design phase has been illustrated and a procedure model proposed in chapter 4, this chapter evaluates the artifact’s utility (regarding the problem proposed in chapter 3.3). Before moving on to the case study, the author elucidates the necessity of evaluating this research and explains why a case study fits best to do so.
