Abstract: Zusammenfassung Wer in Deutschland und Westeuropa das Outsourcing von IT-Aufgaben konzipiert, denkt meist an Indien, China oder Osteuropa als Ziele. Lateinamerika, für viele Unternehmen zumindest kulturell eigentlich näherliegend, gerät seltener in den Blick. Dabei hat IT-Outsourcing auch hier schon eine jahrzehntelange Geschichte hinter und eine interessante Zukunft vor sich.
