Abstract: Zusammenfassung Das Thema Innovation wird im Personalbereich mehr und mehr diskutiert. Sowohl Anbieter von Dienstleistungen als auch Verbände und Unternehmen springen auf diesen Zug auf. Neue Stellen wie „Innovationsmanager“ werden geboren und sogenannte „HR-Innovation Days“ angeboten. Die Frage ist, ob es sich nur um einen schnelllebigen „Hype“ handelt oder ob sich die Personalszene substanziell im Umbruch befindet.
