Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt, wie die systemgestützte Controlling-Konzeption bei zunehmender Komplexität in den betrieblichen Teilbereichen, insbesondere Produktion und Logistik, eine erfolgsorientierte Unternehmenssteuerung gewährleisten kann. Zudem werden die Möglichkeiten der Informationsverarbeitung aufgezeigt, wie die Controlling-Konzeption mittels IT-gestützter Berichtswürfel in einem House of Controlling umgesetzt werden kann.
