Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag beschreibt die konkrete Anwendung von Instrumenten des operativen Controllings entlang einer Auftragsabwicklung von Kunststoffextrusionsanlagen. Für die Erreichung der Ziele der Reifenhäuser-Gruppe wird die Verwendung von Lean-Management im Maschinenbau dargestellt. Leadership wird notwendig zur Umsetzung neuer Philosophien wie Lean-Management und jenseits der Grenzen des Controllings.
