Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Provinzial NordWest Konzern ist ein in Münster ansässiges öffentlich-rechtliches Versicherungsunternehmen mit nahezu 300 Jahren Unternehmenshistorie und knapp über 3.000 Mitarbeitern. Das Unternehmen ist im deutschen Versicherungsmarkt aktiv, der als wenig konzentriert, stark reguliert und wettbewerbsintensiv bezeichnet werden kann.
